Original Page from www.food.comPreheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray. Mince the garlic and break the cauliflower up into bite-sized florets. Set out the frozen parmesan block to thaw.
Stir together the cauliflower, garlic, and enough olive oil to coat (amount listed is an estimate) in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through. While it is cooking, grate the parmesan cheese.
Check the cauliflower. If it is fork tender, top with the parmesan and sprinkle on some parsley (dried or fresh). Set the oven to BROIL and broil for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
